Operation& Maintenance Work of Steam, Gas Turbines, Pumps, Gas Compressor, Engines, Valves, Heat Exchanger, Fin Fan Coolers, Gear Box, and Alignment & Boiler Equipment’s. ID, FD Fan & Feed Water pumps, Steam Turbo and Modifications jobs as per requirements.
To analyze the Plant parameters, Raise fault reports, Data collection, Performs test as per schedule, Emergency handling of plant. Report to Manager Daily, Monthly activities.
Excellent Knowledge of Preventive, Corrective Maintenance. PTW, LOTO, PIMS, HSE Management System. Grease, Lube Oil, control oil system., Welding/Fabrication Works, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), P&ID, PFDs.
To carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where necessary.
To organize and plan manpower as per approved organogram, equipment and material availability as well as all necessary permits. Management of shift schedule / cycle.
Start up, Shutdown procedure of unit. Load shearing, Synchronizing & De Synch,
Maintain and prepare Log Sheets for assigned units and systems covering operation data. Prepare Maintenance requisition for equipment’s/Lube oil, Chemicals record etc.
Control and maintain equipment’s, check list before Start up, After Maintenance, Startup/Shutdown procedure of unit Such as Turbine, Engine, Pumps, Power Generation, fin fans coolers, Gas Compressor, Gas filters, fuel, lubricants. air compressor and auxiliary, DHP, Condensate System, Well Injection Pump station etc.
To Plan/Supervision of maintenance jobs of rotary and stationary equipment as per
Manufacturer’s recommendation & operational conditions and Modification jobs.
ATA jobs planning & execution Preparation of budget for plant maintenance /repair.
To prepare indents and enquiries against capital and revenue expenses and to maintain the Inventory reorder levels. Assess plant needs for spare parts & supplies and generates
Material requisitions.
