As an HR Admin Specialist, I am responsible for managing various HR functions in ODICO with a strong focus on SAP HR.

SAP HR: Managing and maintaining employee data within the SAP HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Payroll: Processing payroll, including salary calculations nd deductions.
Employee Attendance: Tracking employee attendance, leave requests, and time-off management.
Data Management: Inputting and updating employee data into various databases and systems.
Document Management: Maintaining and organizing employee documents within the Document Management System (DMS).
Recruitment: Assisting with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and schedule interview.
