Responsibility:
Responsible for sourcing Insulation materials Rockwool, Glasswool, sealants, Adhesives, Hardware and Sheet Metal.
Maintaining Inventory at Warehouses and monitor stock movement of inward and outward materials.
Co-ordinate with general sales team & support to procure material at best prices to achieve target margins and sales volumes
Successfully provided functional support to sales team in quoting best prices to build long term relationship, in order to achieve sales target volume wise and monetary wise.
Keep updated sales team on inventories & provide functional support by integrating with logistics team in order to achieve excellent customer relationship
Successfully co-ordinate with sales team to identify & develop relationship with prospective client & provide technical guidance
Conducting product presentations & educate sales team about quality of products, availability & technical guidance.
Planning distribution of materials to various clients in GCC.
Generation of GRNs against Inward materials and DO’s against outward materials.
Warehouse Management, Inventory Control and Forecasting the levels of stock or components needed to make sure that supply keeps up with demand.
Arranging transportation of goods at various locations across GCC.
Conduct day-to-day import and export logistics related affair
Reduce / Solving / Prevent Problems During Ordering and Delivering of Goods
Partner with sales team and various other functions to ensure customer satisfaction, quality, reliability, safety, and efficiency in the work environment.
Efficiently Plan & carry out periodic physical stock taking of materials at warehouse.
Responsible for sourcing Raw Material (Chemicals) for Rubber Industry; assisting Category manager for sourcing Fasteners, Machinery Parts as a production unit administration for continuing smooth production; Mainly purchasing from UAE; Saudi Arabia; China; Korea; India; Pakistan.
Successfully developed and implemented sourcing strategies, in co ordination with suppliers to reduce Lead time and effective operations.
Ensure materials purchased are in line with the production specification and industry practice.
Assisted Procurement Manager in finalizing the Sub contracting works.
Arrange Labor supply; finalizing contracts for Labors viz Welders, Fabricators & helpers required at Factory.
Efficiently monitor team to track shipments, ensure that goods come in on time, and in event of problems trace shipments and follow up on undelivered goods.
Supervised team to efficiently consolidate and tabulate Supply chain data.
Analyzed supply chain data to systemize key performance indicators and submission of reports on timely basis as required.
Look After and arranging freights and transportation for all exports by road and sea and fulfill all documentation as per requirement(Invoice, packing list, Certificate of origin, documents chamber)
