Finalization  Company accounts on Monthly Quarterly and annual Timelines

Finalization of wealth statement for annual declaration of assets submission to federal board of revenue (FBR)  

Preparation of quarterly advance income tax calculation for FBR   

Monthly Cash flow forecasting and Recommending the strategy for funds management  

Preparation and management of sales to Receipt functions (Timely Invoices submission, Approvals and Collections)

Payment plan Finalization and Payment Processing after verification( Trade, Leases & loans)

Inventory Management and Control with monthly Reconciliation and authorization controls

Posting and  reimbursement of expenses after due verification as per company policy and petty cash management

Monthly Banks Intercompany ledger reconciliation and Reconciliation of Control  Accounts

Preparation of Payroll  for employees (600+) on timely basis& statutory compliance(overtime, Gratuity, Annual leaves etc)

Implementation of Sales Tax Returns and Filing of  Returns and Ensuring the Record keeping  and audit trail as per local laws

Coordination with Banks for letter of credit Execution, vehicle Leasing, loans approval& Insurances

Execution and Coordination with  External Auditors for statutory compliance

Recording of fixed assets and Maintaining fixed asset register
 Reconciliation of the Receivable, Payable & Bank Accounts
Daily Responsibilities:
 Prepared all types vouchers and record keeping and Filing.
 Issuance Sales invoice after inspection of customer acknowledged receiving
 Bank reconciliation statement preparation on daily basis and submitting to Finance manager
 Cash Management and Posting of Petty Expense

Conducted Internal and External audit of clients including Manufacturing,
Trading and Housing Societies
 Special Assignments of various clients (Master Group of industries, Three
star, aujla & associates town developers (pvt) ltd. )
 Prepared Bank Reconciliation and AP and AR
