• Provided strategic view on PP bags business to the Company. Successfully negotiated with plant and machinery suppliers and assisted CEO in finalizing the deal.
• Finalized bankable feasibility models, projections, strategic operational budgets and financial statements.
• Spearheaded implementation of PP Projects from civils works to commercial operation of the Company
• Arranged long term financing and working capital lines covering funded and non-funded transactions
• Overviewed production planning, supply chain, sales functions of PP bags and activities at PP Plant
• Steered the import and clearing process of the DAP fertilizers. Maximized operational effectiveness on all
stages of supply chain management.
