¤ Review & Summarize the scope of work, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and ensuring Company's contractual obligations are met
¤ Lead the planning team in the preparation of project plan & schedule and publishing the progress reports
¤ Identification and monitoring & control of the critical paths & milestones progress
¤ Prepare, monitor and update log for contractual commitments (master deliverable register)
¤ Preparation and implementation of execution plan, project procedures, and control of work practices
¤ Conduct meetings with client to provide project status updates which can include, but not limited to, projected crew work schedules, revisions to scope (change control form) and schedule
¤ Develop a risk mitigation plan
¤ Manage change and associated documentation to control project costs
¤ Prepare, issue, negotiate, and execute contract change orders and assist in preparation to revisions to original budget as a result of changes and revisions to work
¤ Ensure that management is accurately and fully informed of project costs versus budgets through monthly budget reports
¤ Initiate and finalize the technical scope for contractual procurement / sub contracting
¤ Approve bid tabulations for commitments on all purchase orders, contracts, and sub-contracts, and approves critical changes to these documents in accordance with company procedures.
¤ Monitor the performance of service provider via conducting audits
¤ Review invoices and applications for payment to assure accuracy of tabulations, accuracy of completion percentage
¤ Ensure execution activities are performed safely and effectively according to company EHS & QAQC Policy
¤ Define and communicate roles, responsibilities and authorities to project team members to ensure project completion in a safe manner, within budget, on schedule, and in conformance with the appropriate standards, specifications and applicable regulatory requirements.
¤ Analyzing sites and local environment to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources
¤ Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing SHE procedures, statutory requirements, regulations and other contractual requirements
¤ Prepare and obtain approval on all contractual closeout documents and organize project post-job reviews to ensure that all Company documents are complete
Responsibilities - Run & Maintenance:
¤ Develop maintenance and inspection plans and schedules in SAP in liaison with Maintenance execution team and Operations to ensure implementation of these plans.
¤ Gate keeping with the operations department and maintenance execution team to Screen all notifications: scope of work, identify work priorities and develop action plans as required.
¤ Preparation of 28 Days looks ahead plan in SAP and cost schedule.
¤ Update the maintenance KPI on weekly and Monthly basis.
¤ Participate in RCA for repetitive failures and plan the implementations of the recommendations
¤ Insuring mechanical integrity of plant stationary equipment by planning and conducting in-Service Inspection and Internal Inspections based on API 510, 570 and 653.
¤ Implementation of CUI plan with Inspection department to assure equipment integrity and liquidation of recommendations.
¤ Identifying the bad actors and follow up for the implementation of recommendations to increase MTBF.
¤ Implement MOC in plant for equipment’s reliability improvements.
¤ Develop Inspection plans and schedules, on weekly and monthly basis with target of have zero pending PM in the SAP system.
¤ Preparation of reports on work order status including outstanding RCA & RBI recommendations and pending PM’s, equipment histories, maintenance costs, man-hours, and materials lists.
¤ Liaison with material planner & maintenance supervisor for identified materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available / out-of-stock and are ready for on schedule execution.
¤ Participate in special projects and initiatives by management for reliability improvement.
¤ Motivate and supervise team members and Contractors, and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned Jobs
¤Attending Kick-off meetings and preparation of project deliverable’s like organization table, Work Break Down Structure (WBS), Schedule, Manpower requirement plan (MRP), Equipment requirement plan (ERP), coordination with other departments to preparing other documents like Method statements and Job Safety analysis, rigging study etc.
¤Preparation of Level-III & Level-IV plans (detailed activity break-up) and S-curve generation
¤Identification and coordination of resources
¤Identify delayed jobs in the light of comparison sheets, discuss the scenario with the execution personnel & ensures the work be executed as per schedule.
¤Material tracking and various follow-ups from procurement / purchasing department and suppliers respectively
¤Identifying updated requirements of Equipment’s, Manpower, direct materials and direct consumables based on three months look ahead plan and consequently preparation of budget.
¤Generate the documents for change of scope of work,
¤Generate Monthly invoice for the area in falling in line with the contract.
¤Coordinate with Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost center basis.
¤Maintain the project costs as per allocated budget and inform project team about any deviation from budget.
¤Evaluating tenders, providing recommendations, finalization of scope and outsourcing of job
¤Evaluation of Contractor invoices
¤Ensure that field quantity surveyors effectively performing their functions of estimating BOM (Bill of Material) and BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
¤Projects Close out reports
¤Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects under taken
Responsibilities as a ‘Proposal / Business Development Engineer’:
¤Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, understanding, analyzing and assessing all ITT requirements.
¤Co-ordination, Preparation, Compilation of completes proposal documentation both technically and commercially and submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadline.
¤Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all relevant input received are complied with ITT requirements.
¤Coordinate with procurement group, material suppliers, equipment vendors and sub-contractors to ensure accurate and timely receipt of quotations.
¤Prepare and issue to client appropriate and concise commercial and technical queries for clarification during tender period.
¤Attending client tender clarification and negotiation meetings with management.
¤Coordinate with client and obtain client feedback on submitted tender.
¤Preparation of job plans for proposal stage.
¤Deployment schedule of manpower and equipment.
¤Compilation of the bid according to the client requirement.
