About 2 years of experience in Basic and Detail engineering & Project management of static equipment having expertise in ASME Codes, TEMA guide, API Standards, British Standards and Specifications.
Extensive experience in Pressure vessels, columns, Tanks and Heat Exchangers (Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers).
Strong technical and management skills in Static Equipment Designing Tools like Compress, PV Elite, ASPEN (HTFS) and HTRI along with drafting tools like Auto CAD & Solid Modeling software’s like Inventor. Also have good operating knowledge of Staad PRO and ANSYS.
Also have command on Auto Plant and Auto Pipe.
Strong Designing concepts with excellent ability of detailed engineering with sound engineering practices.
Strong ability of extracting useful concepts and information from client specific documents and excellent understanding of codes.
Worked as Project Engineer handling multiple projects related to oil & gas industry.
Preparation of project budgets and plans.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimizes our exposure and risk on project and cost control.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
