Coordination for the Project, CWO, Troubleshooting, Site Maintenance, site integration and Handling all types of Huawei STC & ZTE Zain 2G/3G installations Huawei 2G Microwaves on NEC & RTN software, ZTE Zain MW commissioning and integeration for TI sites & Node B in STC, Configuration of V-LAN, XPIC Configuration & Value and IP Pinging Tests. Alarms testing, site Pre PAT and PAT, VSWR for Huawei 2G/3G. Cutover for Zain Huawei Project.

Responsibilities:
 Working as Project Coordinator in BATCO KSA Riyadh.
 Budgeting the projects, estimating the cost related to the project.
 Preparing the Salaries Sheet, Overtime, for Project Employees.
 Handling the teams, attending meetings with the Customer and Vendor.
 Preparation of PAT documents and clean up for the sites(ZTE ZAIN PROJECT).
 Configuration of V-Lan on E-Lan Base and XPIC configuration and XPIC Value according to the standards.
 Check CWO and generating E1 from the BSC to SDH Node till site as according to the CWO.
 Troubleshooting if any during clearance of CWO in the BSC co.ordinate with STC Representative and following his instructions.
 Clear the Transmission on all equipments specially Huawei NEC, RTN and make E1 status normal till the site and make visible sites in the G. Tech, GNCC.
 Troubleshooting on the sites for make it visible to the G.TECH, GNCC and testing E1 by giving looping back to BSC.
 Site Integration & troubleshooting make the site ON-AIR and check all the BTS alarms from BATB and DDF physically and from the Software with BTS 3012 Huawei and also check the MW external alarms physically and software in RTN900 and make all these alarms visible to the GNCC.
 Responsible for all types of installation for Huawei Equipments both BTS & MW on STC and Mobily Project.
 Supervise the GSM Installation (checking installing the connectors for all type of feeders, jumpers, cables groundings, weatherproofing on top and bottom, check the GSM Antenna Electrical & Mechanical Tilt according to design, GSM antenna jumper connectors weather proofing, labeling for feeders on the top & bottom according to Huawei Standards VSWR, DTF, roxetic installing with silicon, inside shelter jumpers connectors on BTS covered with shrink)
 Supervise the MW Installation (checking installation of Mw standard with all nuts & bolts, Polarization of MW accordingly as on TD, Degree of Mw as define on TD, ODU installation, supervise the installing of IF connectors, weather proofing on IF connectors, installation of IDU, labeling on top and bottom, installation E1, Mw alarms cables. )
 Ensure the optimum overall performance of communication network and other relevant elements and sourse in Area by mean of Opereation and maintenance of exchange / switches and systems.
 Analysis & Trouble shooting of switch hardware problems.
 Commissioning, crossconnection & troubleshooting of Microwave NEC and RTN equipments
 Installation of NEC Pasolink NEO Microwave & RTN.
Installation of IDU (1+0) unprotected, (1+1) protected & XPIC.
 Teams’ management to deliver the project within designed timeframe according to the quality standards.
 Configure SD and HSB micro wave links.
 Conduction of P.A.T of Microwave Sites& BTS SITES with the customer.
 Use Bert meter for link stability.
 Proven experience in 2G, 3G, troubleshooting and fault analysis of MW links in general and NEC and RTNN equipment specifically.
 Maintenance the sites and done the PMR’S by using the WFMS software in according to the STC Standards.
 Troubleshooting If any found during the PMR’S.
 Checking the E1 stability and visibility for NODE B during the maintenance.
