 Witness & inspection of installation of cable trays.
 Made inspections with clients for all construction activities related to electrical discipline such as material inspection, installation of conduit, cable, Switchgears, MCC’s, LP’s, PB’s, ATS, UPS, BC’S, Battery Banks, Transformers (dry type & Oil filled), etc.
 Witness & inspection of underground main grid grounding cable installation, Earth resistance measurement procedures, testing & commissioning.
 Witness & Inspection of Termination of MV & LV cables in Transformer & Switchgear panels.
 Witness & Inspection of photocell installation, testing & commissioning.
 Witness & Inspection of earthing system.
 Supervise, Installation & Inspection of Area lighting, Flood lighting, HVAC power & FACP.
 Raising of INCR for Construction team/subcontractors for any major fault in the construction.

 Inspection and Testing of MV/LV circuit breaker, switchgears.
 Inspection & Testing of Emergency diesel generator.
 Inspection & testing of grounding, lightning system, substation grounding equipment grounding, grounding pits & bas bar.
 Inspection and Testing Power transformer, CT, PT Bus bar and Breakers.

Responsibilities:

•Installation of electrical panel, Motor, Transformer, cable & substation switchgear.
•Installation of plant lighting (indoor & outdoor) and Photocell.
•Commissioning & startup of electrical equipment & Punch list closing.
•Installation of circuit breaker, switchgears.
•Commissioning & Testing of Emergency diesel generator.
•Cathodic protection for fuel oil tanks and underground gas pipes.
•Installation of cable tray, HV & LV cable laying, Earthing cable laying & Thermite welding.
•Cable termination of MV & LV switchgear.
•MICS, FF cables laying, glanding & termination.
•Inspection & testing of grounding, lightning system, substation grounding equipment grounding, grounding pits & bas bar.
•Testing and Pre-Commissioning Power transformer, CT, PT Bus bar and Breakers.
•Prepared the Method statement for pre-commissioning of Electrical equipment’s.

Project Description: SADARA Project

 Material receiving of Primary MV cables, LV cables, and secondary lighting cables and accessories, grounding cables, CCR panels, LV Power panels, Radio cabinets, PLC panels, dry type LV

transformers, Isolation transformers, airfield lightings, and accessories, PVC coated RGS conduits, PVC plastic conduits, grounding rods and surface markers etc.
 Raising and closing of RFI in the EPM system.
 Witness inspection of LV, MV direct buried cable trench.
 Witness pulling, dressing, and identifications of direct buried cables.
 Witness continuity and insulation resistance testing of installed cables.
 Witness inspection for the cable trench backfilling and warning devices installation.
 Inspection for the installation of isolation transformers inside deep base and termination of MV and LV at isolation transformers.
 Preparing clearance for finish activities and giving to other disciplines to make construction activities to go smoothly without obstacles from electrical discipline.
 Installation of conduits, cable tray, PP panels, CCR panels, dry-type transformers as per drawings.
 Installation and testing of Counterpoise ground grid, ground rod and grounding pit.
 Perform inspection of all equipment during equipment pre-commissioning / commissioning
 Raised INCR’s, Non-Conformance Reports.
 Closing of PMCC items.
 Prepare energization packages.

Project Description: Wasit gas Plant (Aramco)

Responsibilities:

•Supervision of Low and medium Voltage Underground Cable Installation from main panel to distribution panel, Joints, Splice and termination Work.
•Supervision of Installation of Cables in Cable Trays and Metallic Conduits.
•Inspection of Installation of circuit breakers, lightning arresters, fuses, earthing switch.
•Installation of both power and control cables in cable tray.
•Working according to the customer’s demand.
•Improved decision-making capabilities.
•Managing and collecting reports from different units.
