To enhance the efficiency of Real Estate - KESC by centralizing the database and to regularize and transparent the payment process of Real Estate. In order to achieve the objective, very comprehensive customized ERP software has developed which is now covering all the aspects of the Real Estate from Property acquisition to Space utilization by analyzing and optimizing the cost per square foot.

• Manage project from End to End (E2E) from the business Side
• Covered all the aspects of the routine business by doing AS-IS and TO-BE Analysis

• Develop investment proposals for new sites with recommendation for the high potential sites for approval to the Managers /Directors
• Make sure that all new sites should be endorsed and approved by the Relevant cross functional team including Sales, Value Chain, Legal and others to comply with the policies
• Responsible to develop and deployment of the network optimization plan of retail outlets with the help of cross functional teams including sales and logistics to ensure the maximum revenue generation and cost savings from the logistics prospective
• Manages the retail capital investment plan and pipeline for assigned area
• Develop strategy for the low profitable customers to make them profitable
• conducts economic feasibility studies for all proposed projects in the assigned area
• periodically review network plans and implement strategic changes to the network
• Engage regional and local commercial analysts to assess the customer profitability and work with them and the sales personnel to propose opportunities for improvement in business activity
• Check the feasibility of the projects and suggest alternate solutions where required to ensure that all retail stations are profitable
• Perform technical analysis to reduce the overall operating expenses of the proposals
• Analyze Pakistan Retail Stations Performance and set up action plan with cross functional teams for low performing customers
• Asset Management of Pakistan Retail outlets to ensure positive NOI
• Interaction with cross functional, Local and regional teams for Class of trade conversion on regular basis
• Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to enhance the data accuracy
• Analyze reports of data duplicates or other errors to provide ongoing appropriate cross functional communication and monthly or daily data reports
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Prepare Credit Status report and maintaining active follow-up on past due invoices of the customers with sales
• Proactively coordinating with various units for timely updating of material costing and pricing
