Financial Reporting:
• To supervise all accounts matters up to Finalization
• Preparation of monthly journal entries in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform complex monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Review of balance sheet transactions to ensure accuracy, sufficient documentation and ensure all balances are properly supported, and record correct entries as required
• Bank reconciliation
• Constant monitoring and updating of fixed Assets

Accounts payable / Purchasing:
• Make online payments To supervise all cash matters and cash reconciliations
• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
• Resolve AP invoice problems
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and operations
• Checking post dated cheques daily and updating in the system.
• Verifying payments and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions as contract.
• Coordination & proper execution of data (e.g. Production, Consumption, Purchase & Sale) in system
• Inventory Control
• Prepare Landed Cost of all import Purchase
• Bank Transfer documents drafting

Staff salary process:
• Monitoring of expenses claims and leaves for employees
• Liaise with HR department for preparation of the payroll for the staff
• WPS processing
• Pay slip processing
• Monthly payroll booking and reconciliation
• Final Settlement of employees
