• Managed the filling, leveling, and compaction of soil to create ideal slopes for drainage.
• Directed the addition of topsoil, zeoplant, compost, fertilizers, and perlite, including obtaining mockup

Planting Work
• Supervised correct plant spacing, depth, alignment, and placement according to layout drawings.
• Ensured proper handling of root balls and performed root-cutting when necessary to promote plant health.
• Managed backfilling of planting soil in layers while maintaining adequate hydration of plants.
• Provided necessary tree staking and support, including tagging for species identification.
• Cross-checked species, sizes, and BOQ quantities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and
quantities.
Lawn & Groundcovers
• Directed the application of a 30 cm layer of planting soil prior to turf installation.
• Ensured the laying of healthy, pest-free turf to meet project specifications.
• Coordinated the immediate watering of turf after installation to ensure proper root establishment.
Irrigation System
• Oversaw the installation of drip/sprinkler systems per approved layout.
• Tested irrigation pressure and coverage to verify head-to-head performance.
• Confirmed the functionality of valves, controllers, access points, and tie-in connections for seamless irrigation
operation.
Post-Execution / Handover
• Managed site cleanup and debris removal following planting activities.
• Ensured thorough watering of all plants immediately after planting to promote growth.
