Job Description
Coordinating and finalizing monthly and yearly account closing.
Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements with different comparisons.
Preparing and presenting Customers aging, collection and Sales team target analysis to management from SAP FICO.
Preparing and presenting Daily sales and collection Report
Liaison with auditors for execution and finalization of annual audit.
Coordinating with SAP consultants for problem solving and development of new reports in SAP
Managed the whole Payment Function including control over payables function by using SAP Payables module.
Reconciling the suppliers & customers’ Accounts
Preparing monthly reconciliation for banks and Passing adjusting Entries
Managing Fixed Assets Register by using SAP Asset Module
Managing prepayments and amortization accounts on monthly basis
Preparing and presenting expenses comparison
Preparing and presenting Funds flow statements for management and coordinating and executing financial decisions taken on the basis daily status.

Job Description
Coordinating and finalizing monthly and yearly account closing
Supervise and monitoring day to day Accounting operations
Carrying out analysis of Actual v/s Budget expenses
Checking of all Payments & Receipts with their Invoices
Maintain Ledgers, Cashbooks, Debtors /Creditors Balance
Preparation & Maintaining the Monthly Payroll
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
Preparation of budget forecasts on a yearly basis
Preparation of monthly sales and collection reports
Managing Fixed Assets records
Preparation of audit papers and liaison with External auditors to finalize financials.
Monthly reconciliation for cash sales and bank deposits
Monthly reconciliation for suppliers and customers

Job Description
Liaison with banks, deposits and payments through bank
Preparation and filling including electronic filling of the various types of Returns such as Income Tax Return,
Liaison with clients in connection with the recovery of outstanding bills.
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
To deal with pay roll.
Supervision of payment, receipts and journal vouchers.
Involved in various assignments relating bank payments, Stock Exchange, Inventory and Stock Taking matters directly to the Manager.
Master in Business Administration ( MBA ) in finance..
