 To look after the entire functions of Human Resource Department which includes

 Responsible for correspondence with University of Health Sciences, Lahore and Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.
 Responsible to maintain and update all the records and database of all employees.
 Responsible for maintaining the personal files of all faculty members for PMDC inspection and University of Health Sciences inspection.
 Responsible for developing HRIS software in consultation with the Software Developer
