To look after the entire functions of Human Resource Department which includes
Recruitment & Selection, Orientation, Payroll Management, Attendance, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, HRIS, Performance Management, HR Policy Formulation and Disciplinary Actions of around 500 employees for the above mentioned Colleges & Hospitals.
Responsible for correspondence with University of Health Sciences, Lahore and Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.
Responsible to maintain and update all the records and database of all employees.
Responsible for maintaining the personal files of all faculty members for PMDC inspection and University of Health Sciences inspection.
Responsible for developing HRIS software in consultation with the Software Developer

Draft letters for CEO / Head of Institution & Director Academics for correspondence with University of Karachi and Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.
Responsible to maintain and update all the records and database of all employees.
Responsible for maintaining the personal files of all faculty members for PMDC inspection and Karachi University inspection.
Streamline the advertisement and recruitment process in CPSP.
Developed HR Quality System Procedures for CPSP.
Developed Job Description and Organograms of all departments at CPSP Head Office.
Staffing Needs Assessment of Examination Department at CPSP for rightsizing the Examination Department.
Prepared Annual Report 2004 & 2005 of HR Department related to functions and activities of Human Resource Department in the Calendar year 2004 & 2005.
Being the official representative of HR Department for ISO Certification I had completed the whole documentation related to HR Department.
Master's in Public Administration with majors in Human Resources with securing 2nd position in my major i.e. HR.
