•Currently working as a construction specialist/supervision and management of NEOM Residential Community-5, ensuring all contracts specifications and guidelines are adhered, project quality control procedures are used for the supervision works, monitors it for improvement and capable of independently working with the contractor whilst lead the effort of QHSE and maintain it at utmost priority. Work with a team of consultant engineers for monitoring and inspection of on-site Earthwork, Structure and MEP installation in accordance with applicable codes, standards, approved drawings & specifications.
•Reviews and Interprets design drawings, WIR/MIR’s, submittal documentations and then responsible for working on it with the Consultant and contractor team to implement these practices on the construction site strictly.
•Providing technical expertise on construction engineering and design functions relating to Infrastructure, Substructure and Superstructure etc. review, and issue/close of field NCR, SOR, SIR and other third-Party field and factory tests reports.
•Review and co-ordinate all related discipline design drawings (civil, structural and Infrastructure) & during Contractor’s shop drawing reviews against the SDC design drawings.
•Identify conflicts between the design requirements and/or existing conditions that may require a clarification or change, and coordinate with the RE and PM.
•Ensure that the Contractor complies with drawings and design in terms of design, materials and workmanship standards.
•Issue site instructions to the Contractor on all corrective action to deviations through the RE.
•Receive & release inspection requests with the related action.
•Review, comment & approve the method statement of construction proposed by the Contractor.
•Check progress & Quality of work and report to the RE on a daily basis
•Arrange and action checklist for special activities on site.
•Conduct Weekly meeting and prepare minutes of meeting-Reporting to RE.
•Witnessing all materials laboratory testing such as Soil classification, concrete mix design, concrete compression test, proctor, CBR required for building and road construction.
•To implement an effective quality management by ensuring quality control and quality assurance, safety of all personnel related to work and complete project reporting from site to management.
•Quality control of concrete from batching plant to pouring point Supervised pile foundation, Anchor foundation, rock Anchor foundation, Pad & Chimney, and concrete pouring.
• Inspect the works at each stage of construction, Advise contractor of non-conforming works.
•Ensure correction of works if required.
• Ensure that the work complies with the requirements of the specification and relevant codes and standards.
•Ensure that all QA/QC documents are filed in an organized manner.
•Communicate QA/QC procedures and documentation to the sub-contractors on site and ensure all relevant individuals are aware of the procedures that affect their work.
•Prepare the QA/QC Plan and agree on any revisions with the Consultant prior to commencement of the works.
•Preparation of RFI and MIR, &there logs, Inspection of all site activies & materials, monitor concrete, steel, waterproofinggrouting,

*Review all submittals including contractor design drawing, shop drawing, materials, supplies, subcontractors and technical queries submitted by contractor.
*Attend meeting with the client, PMC and the contractors to monitor the process of works and resolve outstanding issues on the project.
*Review the contractor's progess, monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at site, the contractor's manpower and equipment.
*coordination with architects structural engineer and MEP engineers for any discrepancy and clearance.
*Review reports submitted by the contractors, prepare monthly report to the client.

*Prepare punch list and monitor the closing out of punch list before final handing over of the works.

The project consists of 120 KM Asphalt roads, RRC Bridge, Breast wall, Retaining wall, Embankment Road, Gabion wall, Stone pitching and Infrastructure works such as Pipeline Drainage, Manholes and Culverts as per contract requirements and approved drawing.
• Monitoring all site construction activities of contractors regarding project specifications and standards. such as the concrete construction, installation, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, and client’s requirement.
• Reviewing of contractor project schedule using Primavera 6 and closed work with contractor scheduler and also conduct weekly meeting with contractor o project schedule.

The Project consists of 60 Km Road with 28 Culverts (Pipe/Box), Earthworks, Slope Protection walls, Ditches, Utilities work such as electrical ducts, telecom duct, storm water network and Manholes.
• Oversee and approval of all construction activities that carried out on the project in compliance with the specification, drawings, Plans /profiles, schedules, Contract documents, safety and environmental procedures and programmed requirements (Project Management Plan) within the approved budget.
• Monitoring all site construction and inspection work when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE).
• Monitoring of flexible and rigid pavements, RCC & Pipe culverts, Drainage & Sewerage System and walkways.
• Road works i.e., cutting filling preparations of embankment, sub grade, subbase, base course, wearing coarse, curbstone, fixing, pedestrian, walkways, road marking and sign boards.
• Construction supervision of asphalt laying activities.
• Coordination with clients and subcontractor etc.
