Major Responsibilities:
• Oversee mechanical system installation (Boiler and Mountings, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Split
AC, Chilled water/Hot water pumps, cooling towers) ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• To validate HVAC system installation with client-approved designs and procedures.
• Preparation of site activity planning report and ensure prompt delivery and deployment of material,
workforce and equipment to the working site.
• Responsible for supervising complete installation of HDPE, CPVC and PVC pipes for fire
fighting and plumbing network.
• Monitor and observe testing activities including pressure tests, duct leakage evaluations and
mechanical system commissioning. Detect non-conformities, suggest corrective measures and
ensure implementation.
• Demonstrated ability in installation, testing and commissioning of piping network including
plumbing, fire- fighting and domestic water as per design specifications.
• Verify that all mechanical works comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications and
required quality standards.
• Directed the implementation of project quality plans, ensuring adherence to safety
regulations and mechanical codes resulted improvement in project delivery timelines.
• Effectively received and interpreted project instructions from both the Client and senior
management. Ensured seamless communication and coordination with management by effectively
transmitting, communicating and arranging necessary actions to meet project aims.
• Made significant contributions to project success by expertly installing and commissioning fire
protection, hot water, chilled water, and domestic water piping systems, ensuring their proper
function and integration within the overall building infrastructure.
• Directed and supervised the work of mechanical technicians and subcontractors on site
ensuring quality of workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
• Review and approve materials, equipment and documentation related to mechanical installations.
• Successfully managed handover of all mechanical systems ensuring they were fully functional
properly tested and in excellent working conditions.

• Handling complaint registration and coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, laundry, administrative
and front office teams to resolve engineering-related issues through effective deployment of
manpower and equipment.
• Performing routine inspection of mechanical equipment; i.e. Kitchen machines, laundry machines,
fire-fighting equipment and HVAC systems.
• Responsible for inspecting and maintaining mechanical equipment by analyzing breakdowns,
diagnosing faults and supervising time critical equipment repairs and replacement or realignment of
parts that are worn, damaged or misaligned to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities.
• Preparation of BOQ, Specifications and Bidding documents for third party hiring.
• Involved in construction of storage tanks to fulfill water supply needs in a property.
• Creation of Purchase requisition, Purchase order and Goods reservation request using SAP software.
• Responsible for hiring earth moving machinery and transport services for development projects.
• Development of Schedule for pumps, plumbing and fire-fighting pipes.
• Collaboration and Coordination with maintenance team of boiler and diesel generator implies
contribution in execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Enhanced equipment uptime and reduced maintenance costs by conducting regular inspections,
testing and preventative maintenance on diesel generators and tower lights. Proactively found and
addressed potential issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
• Compilation of quality control reports by performing inspection and regular checks and submitting
to senior management to enhance mechanical system efficiency.
