My role consist on many new responsibilities since the time of my induction in the company. To enhance and maintain fast and reliable business growth our team played a vital role which includes vendor management and relationship. Development of innovative ways of customer service I have been active in conceiving new business idea such as Rental business, E-Business (First third party Point of Sales Terminal (POS network) infrastructure in Pakistan to use various banks and private organization) which served a large number of business houses varying and consent and seasonal need. These business are quite different in nature compare to conventional and popular finance (Capital) lease.
In addition to above we have also carried out new concepts and new line of related business. I have been also involve in development of department's national service network.
Sales and team management to introduce newly introduced high tech cellular network in Pakistan. I can confidently mention that my participation to introduce and build country premier network has been quite significant which resulted and affected greatly in future of the country's telecommunication industry.
I have been active player in preparing policies and procedure to achieve operational efficiencies as well as customer's satisfaction. We finally could managed to build and make our brand name "INSTAPHONE" a house hold name for cellular user in the country.
Beside resolution to day to day problems our team managed professionally in finding solution for number of teething problems faced by our new company in initial year of operation
My responsibilities were to introduce new office system and technology to prospective clients and existing customers, Marketing/Sales team building to achieve assigned targets with focus on relationship marketing, customer services, market intelligence/research/competitors knowledge, team strategy, product development, market penetration.
Consistent team building performance and monitoring of receivables to keep tide credit control as per company laid down policies. Motivation of team, recruitment, training and a very important area for appreciation of outstanding monthly/ yearly team top performances including a fair monitory compensation plan.
Management information and reporting to get guidance and policy from top management.
Marketing/Sales of high tech office system (technology) in local market. I have been involve in institutional sales, government annual contacts directly and though a team of professionals. Main duties were forecasting, business development, relationship building, research, customer after service, recuritment/training of new interents, vendors development, tarritory planning, participation in seninars/exibitins stretigy and planning for product development including credit/recovery and accounts settlements.
GPA 1.5 (87%) as per University standard.
