Working as (Acceptance Engineer) at LCC - Muscat, A pioneer in the industry since 1983, LCC has
performed technical services for the largest wireless operators in North and South America, Europe,
The Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Pre-ATP / ATP according to the customer requirement and removal all the snags of sites
- Meet with O&M team in order to discuss their concerns about sites acceptance especially for swapped and
Rollout sites
- Attend weekly meeting with Huawei in order to discuss the Quality & Acceptance progress & the pending
issues
- Join visit with Nawras & Huawei for sites acceptance
- Lead Acceptance Teams as Huawei Representative
- Supervising/Conducting Dismantling activities of Ericsson equipment’s in-order to perform Reverse
Transportation activities safely reached to warehouse without missing or damaged anything
- Reporting of weekly progress of ATP w.r.t the snags & other related issues to concern Huawei PM
- Preparation of C-Modules with all related documentation needed during ATP
Worked as (Implementation Quality Assurance Engineer) at Nawras Oman, which is customer friendly
communications provider (Telecom Operator)
Responsibilities:
- Rollout and Evaluation of Huawei Mobile WiMax network, Huawei 2G/3G/LTE, IBS and Repeaters etc.
- Ericsson 2G/3G mobile network, Microwave system
- Monitoring the vendors and Sub-contractors and give training regarding the quality standards
according to the Ooredoo Guidelines
- Monitoring the vendors (Ericsson and Huawei) during the installation and SWAP for the BTS and
Transmission Equipment
- Perform Quality Audits on the installation of Venders (Huawei, Ericsson) supplied products
- Audit & Verify BOQs, OIL Lists, OCRs submitted by vendors
- Discussion with vendor regarding Quality installation, Quality of Services, Testing network
performance KPI, RF Plan validation
- PIM Testing and other technical issue related to WiMax, 2G/3G/4G network and Microwave systems
Worked as (Wireless Engineer) at Huawei Technologies Pakistan (Vender), which is a leading global Information and communications technology (ICT) solution provider.
Responsibilities:
- Working as Site Engineer for CMPak Ericsson BTS Swap Project
- Survey and Implementation for the Swap and Expansion Project
- Supervise in Installation of complete BSS (Indoor/Outdoor) Sites, testing, Expansions, Cutovers
- Supervise in installation of GRRU’s, Huawei BTS, Rectifier, Optical Transceivers, Power Solution (IBBS)
- Troubleshooting of various BSS and RF issues and provide satisfactory results to customer
- Trouble shooting of Transmission Media problems and Loop Break testing
- Make sure of self presence and endow with smooth Media Shifting during cutovers
- Media shifting from Ericsson, NEC & Alcatel DDF to Huawei DDF
- Inspection of site as Q.A Engineer for quality assurance before PAT
- Perform Swap Sites ATPs (Including Power test of BTS, VSWR test & Alarm Verifications)
- Alarm Generation & Verification of Indoor, Outdoor, Solar sites & end to end patching of all alarms
- Coordinate with DT Engineer to resolve relevant issues
- Coordination and supervision of sub-contractor for various tasks
- Coordination with OMC-R, OMC-T to clear site issues before handing over to customer
- Perform complete site HC/Audit to minimize CDR & maximize TCH Availability
- Perform Dismantling Activities, Snag Removal & Verification with customer
- Troubleshooting and Optical Patching of new STMs from ADM to Huawei BSC6900 towards Huawei UMG8900
Worked as (BSS/MW Engineer) in Netkom Technologies (SubCon), which is a Leading Telecom Solution Provider, engaged with reputed GSM operators of Pakistan (Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor, Warid Telecom & CM Pak) working in the respective area of BTS installation, Microwave, O&M (Operation & Maintenance).
