Vehicle maintenance & repair from authorized dealers & workshops
Apply for vehicle registration for new & renewal of with proper documents
Vehicle passing from traffic dept. (different emirates)
Changes & amendments for insurance policy from Insurance companies
Renewal & Insurance policy claims accidents & recoveries
Maintain vehicle log books and with the security for records
Traffic fines payments etc.
Hire of heavy trucks, cranes, forklift, recovery & low bed trailers.
Invoicing submission to accounts after purchase order created and maintained records in stores & bill of entry in the system
All entry to be entered in the systems through calls and on urgent basis
Mostly on standby duty even during holidays and off days.

Arranging transfers, chauffeurs, pick & drop, Airport to hotel & any place in U.A.E
Arranging Extra schedule & Vehicles for All Metropolitan Hotels in Dubai
Visiting daily to hotels for smooth operation with drivers & Hotels Managers etc.
Arranging of rental deliveries to the Airports, Customers, Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi etc
Responsible for all Administrative work & report to the Fleet Manager
Making of Daily Operation Report & submitting it to the Fleet Manager
And all kind of work related to cars, buses in & out fleet, drivers in & out fleet
Visit to customers for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly for rentals & leases
Smile to walk in customers & make suitable arrangements for rentals
Arranging Chauffeurs & transfer to any destination of the U.A.E.
Handling picks & drops from the airport & vise versa.
Generating monthly sales report & handing over to the Sales Manager
Handling BON VOYAGE (Kanoo Travels) for daily transfers
& Handling all kinds of Work related to Sales
Chauffeur Drive to any destinations in the U.A.E.
