• Preparation of Dashboard to highlight progress and delays to the Client.
• Review of Contractor’s 2 weeks /3 Months look ahead plan.
• Review of Contractor’s Daily Progress Report.
• Raising Alarm to the Client/Contractor about the critical activities and delays.

Responsibilities:
• Review and analyse Contractors Baseline schedule and recommend changes to the program to reduce any milestone difficulties, minimize critical paths, and identify interface conflicts.
• Review, analyse, monitor progress reports of Contractors, regularly updated progress schedules and forecasts, resource histograms, progress curves and current versus baseline comparisons.
• Review of Extension of time and Claims including Retrospective and Prospective Analysis.
• Review and analyse various presentations and progress reports including Dashboard of all project control activities.

Project:
• Construction of Internal Roads & Infrastructure Facilities for Residential Plots in Alyeef Mahder - Liwa City - (Client: Musanada (Abu Dhabi General Services PJSC), Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities:
• Development of integrated master schedules for specific programs in Primavera that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors’ schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule.
• Review daily monitoring (through site supervision reports and follow up with site supervision personnel) of contractor progress including materials delivered, materials installed, labour resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management
• Review weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actual, forecast and explanation of variances.

• Maliha Road linking Sheikh Khalifa Road to E99 Phase-1 Project (Infrastructure). - (Client: MOID (Ministry of Infrastructure Development), Khorfakan, UAE.
