Managing various size projects for client of Avanza Solutions which include ADC Applications for Banks and Multinational Organizations. Estimate and manage Project Resources, Cost, Timelines, Monitor Critical Path activities and Risk Assessments. Record and communicate Knowledge Items to both operational and development teams for Lessons Learned.
I worked in close coordination with technical team, PMO head and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful delivery of IT and Marketing programs. I was also responsible for establishing SQA department and managing the development of organization processes in light of CMMI and ISO 9001.
