• Conducting inspection on fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire hydrants, and smoke detectors.

• Monitoring confined space, excavation, and scaffolding work.
• Conduct regular inspection of the factory, site project and camp facilities, fire pump, fire alarm, electrical distribution system.
• Monitored critical activities on site and correction of the unsafe practices followed by the workers.

• Participating in client periodic audit, implementing all the recommendations mentioned in the audit reports conducted by OSHAD, ISO and Civil Defence.

• Conducting fire mock drill & H2S drill and trained the workers for the “Emergency Evacuation Procedure” after

• Carrying out “TRA/JSA “for the special category job & provided it to the supervisor along with the work permit.
• Ensure that all the staff are practicing good hygiene practices throughout the production in kitchen.
• Impart the knowledge of good hygiene practices to all food handlers through regular trainings, and hygiene refresher courses in co-ordination with HR training department.
• Monitor and ensure that the food safety practices are followed throughout the operation from receiving, sanitation, production and until consumption.
• Implement HACCP and to carry out periodical internal and external (suppliers) audits according to HACCP Plan.
• Organize for microbiological analysis of food, fresh juice, water, and ice, environmental and personal swabs by third party as scheduled.
• Ensure proper cleaning standards are maintained in all the food-handling areas.
• Ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene of all staff in production and service maintained in line with policy.
• Ensure the proper record Keeping and documentation - Monitoring and Verification.
• Ensure the food hygiene requirements are met and followed in accordance with UAE Municipality food legislations.
