• Managing the Installations and fault rectifications of corporate services i.e BVPN, DXX, Static IP, IP MPLS, I sentry, CIR Bandwidths and Cloud Services for Cities Sialkot and Narowal.

Using multiple PTCL software’s: Siebel CRM, Billing & Customer Care (BNCC), Authentication Authorization & Accounting (AAA) portal, PTCL DSLAM and Support Console.
Providing solution on port related issues of DSLAM/MSAN/MSAG by using Telnet command to my field technicians.
• to handle walk in costumers for new products information and sales as well.
• To coordinate with Key Account Managers for new sales of UAN, PRI, VPN, DXX, EDSL, VDSL, e-hosting, Surveillance and Cloud services.
Manage and Lead role in Network Implementation and Support Trading Services, responsibilities include Implement, Test, Manage, and Support Network availability. Design, Implement and support Network devices: Routers, Switch, Switch-Routers, Firewall, VPN, integrating multiple vendors like Cisco, Network Appliances, 3Com, etc.
Coordinate and collaborate with network engineering, business application, and database administration function to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of corporate servers to meet business demands

Actively participate in technical forums to determine and/or provide requirements for new and existing network configurations. Strong knowledge of Network technology architectures, ensure problem, change and process resolution.
Provide dialup, DSL and network support to all type of clients.
Deploy DSL modem at client end
Manage Local Area Network.
Install and configure Operating Systems by running 98, 2000 and XP.
Troubleshoot the system at client end and solve the problem regarding internet
Sort out the problem in Switch room during the down time in Network
Deploy DSL modem in multiple networking scenarios.
Manage all support team and assign them their duty and managing their duties timings
