•Planned the execution phase of project, organizing schedule of activities from engineering and procurement to construction.
•Prepare the material submittals, technical submittals, QC procedures, ITP, calibration procedure & loop folders. Preparation of method statement, JSA documents & responsible for resolving quality related issues in site as per approved procedures.
•Inspection of equipment's, Instrument sensors/Transmitter & material, cable, conduit, tray & tray accessories & tubing accessories to be used & installed as per client specifications & quality manual.
•Review & verify drawings/details as per SOW including single line diagrams. Preparation of material approval request to submit to client for diferent materials & equipment's.
•Review project scope, contractual agreement & documents for the project assurance & safety concerning contractual matters.
•Coordinate & attend weekly progress meeting. Attend the weekly QA/QC & Pre-commissioning & Commissioning meetings.
•Response to control the field design change, technical queries & follow project standard / specification. Familiar to international codes & standards, IEC, NEC, NEMA & IEEE.
•Planning of materials, scheduling & man hours for job execution.
•Coordinate with operation department for PTW/Isolation, planning department, purchase/material department, store, workshop & contractors (maintenance) & other supports.
