Estimating all Enquiries for LV switchgear (BOQ Preparation) and prepare an accurate, customer specific quotation, which is within the company’s policies and guidelines.
Prepared estimation as per the given load schedule, single line diagram as per the project requirements and specifications.
Provide technical support to the customers.
Reporting to the Sales Director, GM & Top Management
Responsible for Selling, Marketing & Business Development Low Voltage switchgear in UAE.
Prepared estimation as per the given load schedule, single line diagram as per the project requirements and specifications.
To prepare quotation for LV switchgear such as Main Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers, Power Factor Correction Panels (standard or detuned type), Socomec Transfer Switches (with single line or double line bypass), Auto Transfer Panels (with ACBs, MCCBs or contactors),
Control Panels, and Explosion Proof Distribution Boards in Form 2 and Form 4 (type 2 to 7), Front / Rear Access with Fixed type construction using ABB Ar Tu K enclosure and custom built sheet
steel enclosure.
Estimating the Type Tested Assembly for ACBs, MCCBs and motor starters as per Local Regulations (DEWA, ADDC, and SEWA), Specification, Load schedule and Single line diagram.
Costing & Tendering Activities & Evaluation of Cost for all Panels.
Design includes the designing of Main Distribution Boards (Form 2, Form 3 & Form 4 type 5, 6 & 7 / front & rear access), SMDBs, Motor Control Centers (with VFDs, Soft starters, Automatic stardelta,
Dual Speed motor starters & DOL starters), and Automatic Transfer Switches (with ACBs, MCCBs or Contactors.
Prepare estimates and costing for new / variation works as per spec and client requirement.
Attended to clients queries and provide them with clarifications and technical information.
Familiar with ADDC, DEWA, SEWA regulations, IEC standard requirements for LV switchgear & distribution panels etc.
Prepared discrimination study as per the project requirements.
To Process the order after confirmation from the clients.
Updating every quotation status in Managements quotation register.
Update all the management information and process immediately.
Recording of all Enquiry/Quotation/Orders/and other detail information as designed by the
Management.
