Implementation of Hospital Information Management System (HIMS):

-Vast experience in Hospital Information Management System, worked on projects in Saudi Arabia, US and Pakistan.

As a requirement of the Microsoft development process, prepare various different test documents like Test Plan, Estimate document, Scorecard test document, Test case document. Automate the test cases using Visual C# in .Net environment. Perform Smoke Testing, Manual testing, Functional, Regression, Security/Role based and World Ready testing/Internationalization. Attend training sessions conducted by Microsoft on various tools and enhancements. I lead my team and responsible for the overall quality of their work. Sibisoft is the business partner of Northstar Technologies (www.globalnorthstar.com). The CRM system consist of financial, Sales, Purchases, POS, CRM, Inventory, Banquet, Rooms, Tee Time, Events and Campaign modules. We have more than 100 clients in USA, who are using this system.
I analyze the product’s functional specifications. Attend meetings with development Team Leads and software developers to analyze and design the new enhancements. Verify that the new enhancements have a correct impact on the financial module. Assist SQA Team Lead in the development of test plans. Lead software developers for specific tasks. Lead the QA team to test other modules. Automated the test cases using HP Quick Test Professional and Rational Robot.
Conducted trainings for the test resources in the team and also act as a mentor to them.

At SibiSoft I tested the Financial (GL), POS, Sales(AR) and the Rooms Reservation modules. Verify the Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Trial Balance reports. In Sales, verify that the club members are billed accurately at the end of month. Perform the EOM processes and verify that the statements are generated correctly.
In Rooms, test the processes like Night Audit, Front desk, Reservations, Credit card transactions, Recurring charges, Folio management, etc.
Test the data Importers and also test the Financial Report Designer.
Test the client’s production issues and verify the fixes. Test the application to find bugs/defects.
Document the test cases.
Track the bugs in bug tracking system.

I have also been involved in the analysis, design and testing phases of the Call Center and Home Delivery System developed in VB .Net and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The applicaton has 4 modules which are Content management, Server system, POS system and the Site System.

I worked in NCR-Retail Solution Division, designing, customizing and implementing NCR POS system for the Food and Beverage Restaurants in Pakistan.
Customized and implemented the NCR COMPRIS POS systems for the following franchise in Pakistan.

I also conducted Pre-Sale Presentations, Demos and Trainings for our clients. As a Customer Support In-charge, provided after sales support to more than 20 different client locations spread across Pakistan like Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad and Peshawar.

My work over there included System Development, Support and enhancing the functionality of ERP modules like General Ledger, Payroll, Inventory Control, Fixed Assets. The ERP system was developed in Oracle using Developer 2000.
I have designed and developed the Attendance and Leave Management System for FRRM using Access and MS-SQL Server 2000.
