•Identify and assess customers’ needs and priorities for improvement from IT services management

• Develop understanding of unicast & multicast networks, streaming technologies, video content caching, streaming protocols such as RTSP, RTMP, HLS, Microsoft Smooth Streaming, IIS, firewall configurations required to streaming video, video formats, encoding, variable bit rate, adaptive bit rate, video playback in browsers, Flash, Silverlight, HTML5 playback, VIDIZMO iOS & Android apps
• Ability to offer VIDIZMO pre and post-sales support
• Work directly on proof of concepts, pilots directly with channel partners, integrator and end users.
• Leveraging and maximizing partners as the fulfillment channel while working with directly with end users on a wide range of networking applications.

• Achieving uptimes according to SLA and OLA by minimizing the VoIP and Network related issues in Karachi and Islamabad Office.

• Providing Systems and Network Support to all Lakson Group Users.
• Co-ordination with our Primary and Secondary Providers in Pakistan as well as in USA.

PROJECTS: • Design & Fabrication of MICRO CONTROLLER Based Mesh Powder Sachet Bag Making & Packaging Machine using PC BASED GUI. DESCRIPTION: • An automatic packaging machine is a kind of vertical packaging machine. It can complete the whole process from bag making or sachet, filling, sealing, the date printing cutting a little gap for easy tearing, cutting off it has four types for packaging grain, liquid, powder and tablet etc. • The packaging speed can be adjusted in the certain range and can match very well the speed of bag making, filling, sealing and cutting • The length of the bag can be settle freely in the certain range • When the packaging film has the color mark the bag can be cut at the pointed place with the help of photoelectric sensor • Convenient to operate and adjust easy to maintenance. • One machine can be used as more only by changing the filling head • This machine adopts three phases four wire power supply controlling circuit 220v.this machine has to be put on the place without strong vibration and magnetic field. • The photoelectric sensor cannot be exposed to the strong light, in case the normal operation will be disturbed. • The 8051 microcontroller is used for programming. • Dual Variable Power Supply. • Password Protected Door Lock. • Peak Detector Circuit. • Temperature Detector Circuit via Parallel Port Interfacing. • 4-Way Traffic Control System using PLC.
