Responsible for the analysis of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products, Gases, Petrochemical, Lube Oil, Transformer Oil & Minerals by using modern Equipment like GC, GC/MS, HPLC, UV/VIS, FTIR, JEFTOT, HFRR, RGA, CFR TOGA & ICP by standard Test Method like ASTM, UOP, IP, USEPA, ISO, APHA etc

Working in Oil and Gas Testing Monitoring Department in diffrent projects.

My responsibiliyt as Petroleum Chemist Includes the following;
• Testing of fresh and lube oil parameters which includes Viscosities, TBN, TAN, Oxidation, Nitration, Fuel Dilution, Soot contamination, Water, Color, Metal analysis, Sediments, Ash, Sulfated Ash, Pour Point, Flash Point etc.
• Testing of fuel samples which includes RVP, Copper corrosion, Density, Distillation, Cloud Point etc.
• Online reporting via Shell sample management system.
• Report review, report diagnosis and comments on condition monitoring sample reports.
• Analysis of Water samples which includes TSS, TDS, pH, Conductivity, COD, Sulfate, Phosphate, Hardness & tests conducted by HACK water testing kit.
• Internal calibration and maintenance of equipments and to update records.
• Correspondence with customers regarding sample & results concerns.
• R&D on new types of samples and to find alternative ways to analyze with accuracy.
• Witnessing at different labs for fuel testing.

My responsibility as a CP-Engineer includes the following field works:
• CP system per-design surveys (like, PSP survey, Current Draing test, E log I test, Soil resistivity survey)
• Installation of ICCP and SCP systems,
• Routine monitoring of Installed CP systems, Troubleshooting, Commissioning, reporting,
• Coating integrity management surveys (like DCVG, PCM)

My responsibility as a Drilling-Engineer includes the following field works:
• Sample Analysis
• Mud Logging
• Lithological Interpretation
• Project Management
• Well Testing(Like Compressor test and Electrical Submersible Pump Test)

1 Month Attachment in Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (O.G.D.C.L) at KUNNAR PLANT, Hyderabad

• Worked in Production Department and prepare daily production report.
• Worked in Plant Area
• Worked in LPG recovery plant and did all test for LPG.
• Cathodic Protection System in Corrosion Control Department
• Worked in Production Department
• Lab Testing of Crude Oil in the supervision of Lab Chemist Like RVP, Salt Content, Flash Point, Pour Point, BS&W, Ash Content, API Gravity etc.
