 Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
 Record invoices and receipt in Oracle Receivables
 Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts
 Organizes and maintains up to date financial records
 Provides monthly financial and management reports
 Maintain an accurate aging report
 Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices and payments in the ERP system
 Minimize bad debt risk, maximize accounts receivable collections
