• Installation, tesing and commissioning of CCTV system.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of fire alarm system with integration of ventilation, elevators and motorized dampers .
• Laying, termination and testing of all power cables as per design.
Main Responsibilities:
Working as site Engineer Look after the laying the cable of 13.8kV, 33KV &cable repair Installation and Maintenance of Stand By generators, UPS, Preventive & corrective maintenance of 33 KV switch Gears, Laying & Jointing of MV & HV cables, Installation and maintenance of street lightings. Installation of Switch gear panels OF 13.8 KV, Installation & Maintain the Street Lighting such like replacement of the 3 Phase 4 core copper cable of different gauges as per load specifications, replacement of fallen pole, Reconnection of the faulty/Missing cables, Testing of the Cables Through Megger & AVO Metter, Providing Earth for poles & panel board with Testing, Installation/Repair of Substation(PB) Different Type/size with step up/step down Voltage management, Inspection of Electrical installation of the new building as well as the inspection/Repair the installation of Working building such as chiller, AHU, Fire Alarm, BMS, Security Management Stand by Generators, ATS Panels, Sub Stations, Exhaust / Atmosphere Arrangements, etc. Installation repairing maintenance of MCC Motor Control Center, Installation of deferent types of Instruments such as PIT ( Pressure Indicator transmitter), TIT ( Temperature indicator transmitter ), Chlorine meter, P.H meter, TDS meter which are connected with SCADA Control system Installation and maintenance of motors Installation of cathodic Protection On 1.4m Pipe line from halli water treatment plant to shoaiba JEDDAH.
All water treatment plants consist of following buildings.
1. Administration building.
2. SEC Saudi Electric company room.
3. Raw water pumping station with booster pumps.
4. Clarifiers
5. Sand filter buildings
6. Power house with Transformers and RMU room.
7. Switch gear room
8. Backwash with pumps & air blowers and MCC room.
9. Treated water pumping station with booster pumps, Fire fighting pumps and service pumps.
10. Plant Operation building for process and chemical dosing and laboratory for water parameters test.
- I am supervising all LV and MV and also LV equipments like CCTV, fire Alarm system, Telephone system and wiring devices and also providing supply to the HVAC system in above buildings as per drawing, approval of equipments from client and approved specifications.
- Supervision of lighting panels, DPs and HVAC Panels which are connected with MSB in power house switch gear room.
- Supervision of Installation of external lighting panels for street lights and boundary wall lights automatic and manual control with photo cell.
- Supervision of Installation of earthing and lightning protection system with inspection pit and also test the earth resistant as per approved specifications.
Switch gears Electrical panels for medium voltage up to 11.KV.
Experienced in Preventive Maintenance and Trouble Shooting
Maintenance of power transformer's up 800KVA
Basic Engineering drawings /documents such as single diagrams, Area classification drawings, Schematic diagrams, Load lists, Equipment layout, Cable routing layouts, interconnection drawings, Specifications and data sheets for equipment’s as required.
Detailed engineering drawings like system design calculations, Short circuit, Control and protection schemes, Equipment sizing, load flow, Cable sizing, Lighting, and Earthling etc.
Maintenance of electric sub Power Station of telephone exchanges
Repair/Installation of all type of induction motor.
Reading/Operation of All Type of electrical instruments.
Repair of Hardware and software of all computer component etc.
