• Responsible for installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of all kinds of vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps and their maintenance in Aramco and Sabic sites along with complete maintenance and overhauling.
• Installation and commissioning of Marine and Truck loading Arms (Kanon) at Aramco and Sabic sites with maintenance.
• Installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of ITT C-Treat R.O plant at Aramco offshore sites with service and maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and overhauling of chemical dosing pumps as Pulsafeeder, Borger and Ram pumps at Aramco Bulk plants and refineries.
• Installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of water well pumps at Aramco sites.
• Inspection of spare parts for Aramco & Sabic facilities whenever required for maintenance and overhauling of pumps and equipment.
• To prepare and submit progress reports on active projects and proposals, new projects and application processes to the management.

• Inspection and cleaning of Asphalt Reactor’s shells, Air blowing internal piping and box up.
• Preparation of minutes for approval of major maintenance jobs from higher authorities.

• Worked as Maintenance Superintendent in maintenance department. Responsible for Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of all Electrical & Mechanical equipment and devices at yard, Calibration of welding machines, PWHT Machines, welding power load bank, hydrotesting equipment etc.
• Responsible for the maintenance, overhauling & third party inspection of all lifting equipment as Cranes, Fork Lifts, Multiwheeled Trailers 80-600 tons, Manlift Cranes 250kg, routine preventive maintenance (in house) and major over hauling of all Diesel Generators from outer sources and recommended vendors.
• Familiar with SAP and AMOS (Asset management operating system) for maintenance department.
• Responsible for the availability of spare parts and to maintain the necessary spares in the ware house inventory level. Also responsible for the follow up of all purchase requisition generated from maintenance department and warehouse from procurement department.
• Effective coordination with suppliers and vendors for the scheduled service and maintenance of CNC Pipe and Plate cutting machines as HGG, MULLER, SOITAAB & MULTICAM at fabrication work shop.
• Responsible for inspection and color coding of all equipment used at yard for fabrication activities and document filling, renewal of tags and calibration certificates of all welding machines, welding electrodes ovens and quivers on yearly basis as approved by QC department and ARAMCO.
• To provide support to production & safety departments during loading activity of jackets and decks on barge.
• Also responsible to run effectively the water and Sewerage treatment plants and Fire Fighting network at yard.
.Worked as Mechanical Engineer (Mech) at SAS SYSTEMS ENGINEERING (Jeddah) as Mechanical Engineer in maintenance department (Fire protection & Fire fighting systems).Responsible for Maintenance, Planning and execution of work orders generated by our Client M/S “Saudi Electric Company” at Power plants and different sub stations of Jeddah & other cities of KSA. Also responsible for the arrangement of required spare parts locally or foreign purchased.
• Responsible for maintenance and refilling of FM-200 cylinders “Fire Suppression system” (Heptafluro propane).
• Responsible to keep all Fire Fighting Equipment operational such as Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps, Vertical Centrifugal Jockey pumps, Reciprocating Compressors, Diesel Engine driven pumps, Water Deluge Sprinkler System, Foam Deluge Sprinkler System, Vertical and Horizontal Fire Tanks, Foam Bladder Tanks, Fire Hydrants (Wet & Dry Barrel), Fixed Fire Monitors, Hose Reels, all kinds of valves and Pneumatic System.
• Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities of stationary and rotary equipment as Tanks, pressure vessels, pipe lines, strainers, Marine loading arms, Truck loading arms, Jib crane at jetty head, Over head gantry Cranes, Centrifugal Pumps (Vertical and Horizontal type) with mechanical seals, soft gland packing and magnetic drive, Diesel Generators (LV&HV), Air compressor (screw type), Instrument air compressors, three stage boil of gas compressors and LPG decanting compressor (positive displacement type), Fire fighting equipment as Automatic deluge system, Fire water hydrants and monitors with foam injection unit, Fire truck and portable fire fighting equipment. Maintenance of Glycol pumps, Evaporator coolers, in tank pumps (Submersible), Refrigeration unit and compressor at Ethylene facility.
• Conversant with Risk Based Inspection API-580 and Inspection techniques, for Atmospheric tanks, pressure vessels, product pipe lines.API-580 is intended to supplement API-510 Pressure vessel code, API-570 Piping inspection code, and API-653 Tank Inspection, Repair, Alteration and Reconstruction.
• Responsible for the development of preventive maintenance procedures and check lists for mechanical equipment.
• Responsible for the development of yearly schedule for mechanical related preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for the development of monthly plan based on the yearly schedule for mechanical equipment.
• Responsible for the inspection and testing of the repaired/new mechanical equipment/spares.
• Supervises, plans, priorities and timely attends the mechanical maintenance work requests at the terminal.
• Responsible for operating CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) for Mechanical equipment, filling of preventive maintenance check lists, maintaining history records, controlling inventory level of spare parts at ware house, local and foreign purchase of necessary spare parts, inspection of daily material receiving at ware house etc.

• Was in charge of the maintenance of Low-lift and High-lift Pumping Stations (Low-Lift Pumps ' WEIR' 315 KW and High-Lift Pumps 'WEAR' 412 KW), Service water pumps (Centrifugal Type) and Back Wash Pumps at Filter Section. `
• Held responsible for the maintenance and operation of Filter Plant and Chemical Section (Chlorinating plant for Pre and Post dosing of liquid Chlorine in water. Pre-dosing in raw water and Post-dosing in Filtered Water.
• Also took responsibility for the maintenance of Wash Water Recovery including Balance Tank, Thickener Tanks, Thickener Feed Pumps, Sludge Pumps, Chlorine Booster Pumps, Alum Dilution Booster Pumps, Acid dosing Pumps, Alum Metering Pumps (Reciprocating type), Lime Slurry transfer Pumps.
• Efficiently looked after the maintenance of Diesel Generators and Air Compressors.
• Hold experiences in installing Low-Lift and High Lift Centrifugal Pumps and its maintenance.
• Also experience of maintenance of Reciprocating Compressors, Back Wash Pumps (Centrifugal Pumps) of Filter Plant, Filter Beds, Inlet and Outlet Pen stocks, Balance Tank, Thickener Tanks, Thickener Feed Pumps (Submersible), Sludge Pumps etc. The consultant company of this plant was Mott Mac Mac Donald’s UK.
• Held responsible for QA/ QC Welding (Sub-merged Arc Welding 'SMAW' and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding 'GTAW', Insulation, Sand blasting and Painting.
• Conducted, Non-destructive tests such as RT, DPT & MPI.
• Worked with the latest system of Planning, Quality Control and get ISO-9000 Certificate. The Principal Contractor of this plant was 'FOSTER WHEELER' Process Plants U.K.
• Efficiently ensured the maintenance of Pumps, Cranes, Diesel Engines and other Accessories and Auxiliaries at Work Shop.
• Hold experience in fabrication and welding of transformer tubing’s.
• Automatic and manual gas cutting.
• Submerged ARC welding on CS and SS pipe lines.
• Tungsten Inert gas ARC welding and spot welding.
• Responsible for DPT of root of welding seams and to diagnose welding defects.
