Development and construction of Hail City Expansion Project of 1.9 Million square meter area with complete infrastructure that include Sewerage, strom, water, irrigation, telecommunication, medium voltage, street lighting, landscape, soft scape and roads.

As a Project manager my responsibility involves for developing project plans, leading project teams, making cost estimates, ensuring that the process goes efficiently and that the project is delivered on time for different projects of Saudi Electricity Company.
• Lead and coordinates construction activities from tendering stage to project construction completion based on Scope of work (SOW).
• Supervise all construction activity of subcontractor from laying cable to installation of optical fibre and LT panels and to connect to meter to develop computerized metering system for Saudi Electricity Company.
• Prepare and submit all construction submittals to China Telecommunication Company for approval.
• Coordinates on technical issues with client on the submittals.
• Review and following up the daily, weekly and monthly reports and forward to top management.
• Follow up all fields testing of the project and review all testing result as (trial mix design, concrete compressive strength, and concrete curing and slump test.
• Prepare and maintain records all subcontractor agreement and payments.
• Analyzing project cost, budgets and manpower resources.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety on site.
• Maintain as built details of the work completed.
• Coordinates the point of interfacing between different subcontractors.
• Maintain identification and traceability of material onsite.
• Prepare punching list of all the remaining works before handing over the project.

On behalf of Developer for the project of Hail City Expansion Project, Saudi Arabia, Part of the Consultant Team to overlook the complete Infrastructure works for land development of 18 Millions Square meter.

On behalf of Ministry of Transport, KSA for the project of Roads, Bridges and interchanges part of the consultant supervision team in Hail

 General oversight of inspector's daily activities including work assignment, on-site performance and guidance on the supervision of the contractor's operations.
 Construction supervision of All Structural work of bridges & culverts, Road work and infrastructure works.
 Review of contractor's inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports.
 Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
 Give a practical advice on constructional matters.
 Supervise contractor’s work to achieve construction in accordance with the contract documents.
 Preparation of Meeting Minutes as delegated by Resident Engineer.
 Review and approval of contractor submission (Shop Drawings, Method statements etc) delegated by Resident Engineer.
 Preparation of Engineer's Daily Diary.
 Review of inspectors Daily Reports.
 Maintain records of inspections, work executed etc.
 Helping in preparing Joint Measurement Sheet.
 Coordination with contractor's supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work.
 Monitoring conformance with the contractor's schedule.
 Implementing site safety rules and regulation.
 Ensure correctness and completeness of “As-built” drawings

 On behalf of Developer for the project of Hail City Expansion Project, Saudi Arabia, Part of the Project Management Team to overlook the complete Infrastructure works for land development of 18 Millions Square meter.

 Making the cost analysis sheet of the financial bid of the contractors.

 During in the Value Engineering VE and Design review session giving the suggestion for controlling the total price of the project and modifications as per Saudi Standards.

 Implementation of FIDIC General conditions of contract and particular conditions for execution of the project program also used the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASTHO), American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) and British Standard (B.S) for the material specification and testing procedures.

 Reviewed design deficiencies and implemented new modified designs as required according to the site conditions.

 Checked, approved and verified interim payment certificate IPC submitted by the consultant for the payment as per site conditions.

On behalf of the Client Government of Pakistan, part of engineering team to overlook Earthquake damaged area of 7, 000 Square Km of roads, residential, commercial and government buildings.
EEAP Earthquake Emergency Assistance Project have implemented the Asian Development Bank Guide lines and FIDIC General conditions of contract and particular conditions for execution of the project program, also used the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASTHO), American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) and British Standard (B.S) for the material specification and testing procedures.
Reviewed and prepared estimation reports of BOQ as well as Technical bid investigation valuation of Tender Documents of contractors bid for projects. Forwarded evaluation reports to Donation Agencies for Earthquake (Asian development bank) for NOC to award the tender to the successful bidder.
Reviewed design deficiencies and implemented new modified designs as required according to the site conditions.
Supervised Building and Roads construction Projects for District Headquarter Hospital Athmuqam, Tehsil Headquarter hospital Hattian. Project consist of Four Building facilities for Power Sector and ten bridges.
Checked and approved Consultant monthly Interim Payment Certificate IPC, S for the payments.
Checked and approved of the rate cost escalation bills of the contractor’s due to the fluctuation in the market as per price adjustment table of FIDIC.
Checked, approved and verified interim payment certificate IPC and claims submitted by the consultant of Health sector, Transport and Communication sector for the payment as per site conditions.
Checked and approved the retrofitting of Earthquake damaged residential and government buildings. Implemented sustainable designs by providing Braced Frame design Structure of building construction.

Senior Engineer of construction in charge of the construction and supervision team of contractor. Constructed five bridges and 250 housing development units for retired officers in the area.

Prepared interim payment certificate and submitted to the consultant for verification and approval.

Prepared the cost rate escalation BOQ for the contractor and submitted for approval.

Prepared the variation of the project and submitted to the Resident Engineer for approval.
