Responsibilities:
• TV Studio and Master Control Room - Managing and handling Transmission Server room equipment, Transmission Playout System, Virtual Studio Set using Brainstorm Infinity Studio, providing total support for Black Magic Design 4K compliant Video Switcher and all other equipment installed in Master Control Room and Server Room.
• Publishing & Promoting on YouTube - Managing, uploading and publishing all programs episodes on YouTube Channel. Reviewing and analyzing YouTube Channel traffic and devising and recommending advertising strategy for different episodes and the Channel itself.
• QC Function - Performing the QC function for all programs episodes.
• IT Support - Providing support for all computers systems and related IT equipment installed in the organization.

A-TV/Shalimar Recording & Broadcasting Co. Ltd. is the 2nd largest terrestrial cum satellite TV Channel having 20 terrestrial TV Stations with 7 FM Radio Stations in major cities of Pakistan. The footprint of A-TV Channel signal is reaching more than 56 countries via AsiaSat-3S.
Apart from managing all IT/ technical sections in the broadcasting arm of the company, I took following initiatives to improve some of the corporate processes as well:

1. Proposed & implemented ERP system capable of handling multiple projects, and task assignment.
2. FM Radio transmission automation. The System is capable of handling non-stop 24HRS transmission telecast of programs, music and commercials.
