Scope of Responsibilities:
Talent Development:
• Analyzing, redesigning and updating Org. structures and provide monthly related reports.
• Conducting job analysis, creating Job profiles and recommending development areas.
• Participated in developing competency framework, analyzing JPs and assigning competencies.
• Created and participated in updating HR policies and internal procedures.
On-boarding:
• Supervising all on-boarding activities before, through and after hiring with all relative managers.

• Select training providers after negotiating offers and supervising all logistics activities.
• Conducting evaluation surveys to measure and control training effectiveness and provide reports.
Appraisal:
• Developing KPIs and participating in annual appraisal process with departments’ managers.
