Talent Development:
• Analyzing, redesigning and updating Org. structures and provide monthly related reports.
• Conducting job analysis, creating Job profiles and recommending development areas.

On-boarding:
• Supervising all on-boarding activities before, through and after hiring with all relative managers.
• Conducting orientation sessions for all newcomers and ensuring requirements proper delivery.
• Conducting surveys to ensure newcomers satisfaction and on-job-training plan implementation.
• Created analysis report with recommended actions that raised satisfaction and decreased turnover.

Training:
• Identifying training and development needs with managers and setting training objectives.
• Select training providers after negotiating offers and supervising all logistics activities.
• Conducting evaluation surveys to measure and control training effectiveness and provide reports.

Appraisal:
• Developing KPIs and participating in annual appraisal process with departments’ managers.
