Keep track of equipment availability and shortage by the warehouse in-charge and send the update regularly to management to review and further action
Coordinating with power and transmission teams to provide maximum availability of the network
Maintain database for Inventory in coordination with Project teams
Ensure that monthly plans are as per the plan
Finalize hiring by conducting interviews of candidates from relevant department
Looking all project criteria internally for employees and procurement department and also external meetings in absence of PM(Project Manager)
Main focus on customer satisfaction on any cost, but also managing the project within the budget finance
In Mobilink GSM Network on Alcatel BTS, to work in troubleshooting in case of emergencies. To remove the alarms from the concerned site and making the quality high of the GSM network to provide the high class service to the customers.
In project of Mobilink GSM, to maintain the office connectivity for Saegodha(Pakistan) and Faisalabad(Pakistan) and maintained the store record.
Major specialization was in Networking and final year project was on Asterisk PBX with LINUX server with windows client. Making the calls (voice, video) and also making the assure the network is reliable for data communication.
Degree title was B-Tech and project was on GSM Cellular Network, Research.
