Constantly revise and monitor quality requirements to improve QMS
Provide consultancy in developing process and procedures as per ISO 9001 requirements
To take necessary actions for the certification and product verification by considering local and international codes and regulations
Conduct regular internal audits and take corrective measures to improve company management system
Monitor in progress and final inspection, guiding the team at the location Provide consultancy and inspect sites in Q Mark Scheme.
Final report writing and customer feed back
Identify areas of business, process review and causes of deviation Organising and optimising the operation department
Develop full glossary information documentation by working with the staff
Projects Handled:
ALEC- Dubai International Airport Project, Expansion Phase II, Concourse 3.
Engineering Office- Kitchen-Zaabel Palace Dubai
AAC- Al-Ghurair City, Expansion Phase II. (3-Towers) Revise the Quality Control Requirements to improve the Quality System and keep up the QMS and documentation.
Responsibilities:
To prepare and review of submittals and perform on site in progress and final inspection of the installed systems.
Prepare & check inspection reports, non conformance reports and verification of corrective actions also prepare method statement, ITP and documents compliant with project requirements.
Gathering data of current and upcoming projects being undertaken at national and international level.
To conduct regular internal audits according to the plans and take necessary actions to correct deficiencies.
Maintain all the record about in-progress and final inspection and training the staff related to quality control and assurance.
Plan to minimize the inspection and testing cost by applying statistically based methods and other appropriate techniques.
