1. Deployment
 Assist seniors during deployment of new hardware/equipment/application, switches and router, cabling between switches, router and servers, configure switches through console interfaces and Ethernet interface, Configure hardware and Networks, Provided technical support to users, and resolved all software and hardware related issue.
2. Operation Maintenance
 Solve problems on Windows platforms, monitor & identify problems in network, Support desktops, laptops, network printers and software installation.
 Manage & configuring Active Directory Server 2008, DNS, DHCP, FTP Server
3. Video conferencing & Telepresence,
 Services and test equipment of Video Conferencing device for workshop facilities and Multimedia Support Services.
 Operate the video conferencing equipments during the workshop/seminar/video call meeting; troubleshoot any technical issues during a conference.
