● Manage the entire lifecycle for the procurement of food, non-food, packaging and equipment for Simple Food Company, provide support with the expansion and penetration within the sector
● Direct the development and implementation of key purchase / procurement strategies, contingency plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with the company’s requirements

● Explore potential suppliers and negotiate major contracts with suppliers driving an annual cost saving of more than SAR-200K
● Source international vendors in for balanced supplies with consistent availability of non-food products reducing cost around SAR-100K annually
● Analysed physical inventory, streamlining supply, availability of products and contracts to reduce inventory level by 10%
● Develop instructional process of how to use the purchasing and receiving cycle. Evaluating daily transactions to make sure implementation and effective use of procurement tools
● Collaborate with Chefs for product development, alternatives, trends and recipes
● Prepare monthly reports and analysis to draw the pattern for key decision for future buying and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
● Successfully achieved the implementation of Sage x-3 for smooth operations of the company
● Purchasing Manager for three internationally renowned French & Italian restaurants (Laduree, Fauchon Paris and Spazio), managed an annual procurement budget of SAR-23.76 million

● Sourced new contractors and enabled implementation of franchiser approved drawings and shop fitting to match internationally
