It is all done through proper maintenance schedules implementation. Also, the Head of Technical team & completely responsible for all new installations, its commisioning & start up. Supervised activities to improve the effectiveness of ISO 9001:2008 & EMS 14001, as well. Staff controlling, spares procurement, production targets completion, overall plants maintenance have to be managed by me. Other roles include meetings with the managing directors for improvements, new designs/products and modifications.
