 Managing the arrangement of tickets/bookings/boarding cards for cockpit crew proceeding outstation on official duty as per built in flight patterns/final crew position
 Effectively worked with monitoring Cell of Crew Scheduling / Motor Transport Section/Duty Controller, Traffic, etc.
 Keeping a check on crew pick up and drop according to the published final crew position on 'ROUND THE CLOCK' shift basis.
 Responding to calls from crew/crew families and all relevant agencies regarding crew movements & operational information and informing the crew families regarding the delays in flights after the office hours.
