Nature of Duties
Supporting the onsite infrastructure including incident management, as well as IMACD
handling (installation, move, add, change and disposal) for software and hardware. In
addition, role will include assisting in the introduction of new versions, carrying out
routine tasks (backups, etc) and making sure all IT issues are working. Also responsible
for the toner replacement and handling of guaranties as well as customer care in general
and certain customer trainings.
*User administration (setup and maintaining account)
* Routing and Switching (CCNA)
* Exchange Server 2010 Install and Full Configuration
* Maintaining system, Verify that peripherals are working properly
*Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
*Ensure an updated corporate website with trouble free access to upkeep the
brand’s image
*Create a backup and recover policy
*Monitor network communication
*Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out
