Financial Forecasting
o Gathering inputs from Sales and Commercial Team for Pricing and Trade Spend Buckets.
o Collecting information from HR and Supply Chains Teams on the Variable Costs.
o Forecasting Depreciation based on CAPEX Projects and approved Investments on Assets.
o Consolidating the inputs for Management review on a Quarterly basis as Rolling Forecast.
Commercial Finance
o Monthly Dialogues with Category and Brand managers to analyse Product, Category and Brand wise Performance to help them facilitate future planning and Decision-making.
o Preparing Simulations from Value Chain to help Commercial Team ascertain Profitability scenarios for the most competitive prices and also to simulate Volume driven and Price Driven Growth.
o Finance Business Partner and main point of contact for Commercial Team.
Supply Chain Finance
o Business Partnering with Supply Chain head to monitor P&L and track Performance and KPIs.
o Monthly Dialogues with Division Heads to analyse monthly spending and variance vs forecast
Reporting
o Rolling out Monthly Reporting Pack containing Channel Dashboards, Category Dashboards, Brand, Category and Customer P&Ls and Supply Chain Dashboards.
o Maintaining PowerBI Dashboards to allow easy and shared access to data for Stakeholders.
Projects
o Monitoring Work-in-progress and subsequent Capitalization of Fixed assets from CAPEX projects
o Business Case Simulations and alignment with cross-functional teams and respective Heads.

o Rectification of entries in accurate accounts & cost centre.
o Funds management and banking relationship for authorizations, CR renewal etc.
o Monitoring Kingdom wide petty cash, expense reimbursement and to ensure proper booking
o Supervision and training of junior team members.
