Working as a Jr. Officer, Programs & Planning - Regional Office Karachi, SEF, since Feb 05, 2014 (Nowadays from Feb 2019 as posting at Regional Office Karachi-ROK) under PPP node.
• Follow & ensure the SEF’s compliance as per HRD, P&P and PSDU instructions in order to functionalize the assigned tasks as following;
• Perform effectively implementation as per the SEF Assisted Schools (FAS) program’s set matrix (SAS, SMHS, , ESSP and remain interacting to execute AALTP’S activities under the Unit’s Head i.e. M & E, IT, ICC, TU, SMU Departments and AALTP;
• Manage the soft/hard data as per requisite format and FAS’s objective in order to comply them in the terms of FAS School Partners vis-à-vis Contract renew process, Subsidy/Grant categorization, Student & Teachers’ profiling data, Annual assessment data, HT/Teachers’ training activities, distribution and classification of STBB 2021-22, visit plan, field mapping regarding school site verification, Event management, Exam Fees Reimbursement, Student HW data and online meeting activities to reflect on the assigned activities;
• Keep follow up the Partner’s categorization matter under SEF subsidized policy in the view of FAS’s partnership Contract and accomplishing the flow of actions accordingly in the form of soft and hard format criteria,
• Organize the spring meeting and its minutes; events, documentation, presentation and relevant as time-to-time;
• Coordinate with the SEF team and high-ups for the productive outputs/ alignment of follow-up tasks within supervisory deadlines to promote the quality education and advance technology in the compliance of SEF’s vision and entrepreneurships.
• Remain engaged with other teams of Communication, Publications & Research, Training & Assessment, M & E Unit.
