Responsible North Zone and Central Zone includes Lahore region, Islamabad Region, Northern and Peshawar region sales. Manage 12 distributors and 28 preferred dealers stocks and sales position. Training and grooming promotional and sales reps teams. Manage four supervisor and there team respectively. Build relation with purchasing authorities for business in different government and private institutions and tender winning parties. Establish and develop relationships with clients and decision makers.
Prepare operational plans and business strategies to achieve regional targets. Provide in-country competitor analysis and market intelligence. Manage projects/provide consulting support in country business operations.
