• On premises installation, configuration, maintenance and backup of Moodle based learning management system (LMS) using Linux (Ubuntu 16) server for students, faculty & staff members.
• Installation, configuration, maintenance & backup of Redmine Ticketing System using Linux (Ubuntu 16) server.
• Manage Local & Wireless Networks of the campus & identify the user needs.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of centralize network printers.
• Deployed, configured & maintained CCTV setup for campus surveillance.
• Maintain Network Servers such as Print Servers, Active Directory, Desktop Computers, Routers, Switches, Static & Dynamic address assignment, Port Forwarding, IP Phones, Software Development and Patches.
• Monitored daily backups, antivirus status, shared storage space and network activity, adjusting network equipment and settings as needed.
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
• Upgrades networks and provides high level of support at all times.

• Resolves network-related problems on a daily basis.
• Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services
• Design, install and configure the entire Wireless & Wired Network Infrastructure.

• Analyzes complex data, voice or video network documentation and communicates to senior management regarding the current operational status of networks.
• Ensures LAN / WAN continuing functionality by using network monitoring and management tools.

• Maintains up to date network documentation
