• To ensure the smooth operation of PLC system Step-7 400 of Siemens.
• Troubleshoot and repair different type of transmitters installed at Plant.
• Maintain the Preventive maintenance schedule of Transmitters.
• Look after the working of Variable Frequency Drive and in case of any abnormality remove the problem.
• Time to time check reports of Pressure, Flow and Temperature from SQL server and in case of any change set the average.
• Supervise day to day maintenance work of I/O modules and PLC cabinet.
• Troubleshoot and repair Pneumatic Instruments for Pressure, Flow and Level.
