MANAGEMENT RELATED
Prepare maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance plans for plant equipment and uploading on SAP
Conduct RCA on all major faults and conduct modifications to implement necessary changes to improve reliability and availability of the plant.
Responsible for Creation & Implementation of Shutdown Plans.
Assist in preparation of annual budget of electrical section.
Represented Electrical Department in Resolution of Punch lists & Warranty Claims
Carried out engineering study of plant defects and implemented necessary corrective actions.
Manage procurement of plant spares for Electrical department.
Prepared and ordered complete electrical tools inventory.
Working in the capacity of Team Lead of Final Inspection and Testing Department responsible for testing of HV, MV and LV switchgear testing, Quality, and successful conduction of Factor acceptance test to customers and after sales Customer support. Reporting to GM Operations and leading a team of 18 persons. Brief responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Manage a team of Engineers for factory testing, Client inspection, Quality control and customer complain.
. Responsible for maintaining and presenting Testing, quality, Client Inspection and customer complains data.
. Responsible for reducing internal and external complains.
. Ensure Reliability and availability of all Testing Equipments through preventive maintenance,
. Managing & ensuring safety & conducting Walk through Safety Audits & daily tool box talk.
. Team building & training of staff.
. Healthy coordination with other departments & conflict resolution.
Technical Experience:
.Involve in testing of Low voltage MCC having Variable speed drive, soft starters, low voltage relays and other Schneider Electric product portfolio.
. Involve in testing of Medium voltage product portfolio having different types of Micom relays..
Involve in testing of Relay control Panel, Control Panel, Metering Panel, AC/DC Panel and Duplex Panel.
. Involve in root cause analysis of internal and external complains.
. Involve in validating the product as per design scheme and explain the scheme to client,
. Involve in explaining functions of products to client.
. Involve in programming and parameterization of Micom Relays, energy meters, OCR, VFD and Softstater as per client requirement.
Technical Evaluation:
MV/LV Switchgears, Transformers, MV/LV Motors, UPS and DC Chargers.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning:
Gas Turbine, 11KV and 6.6KV Switchgear, 15MVA and 2MVATransformers, MV up to 6150KW and LV Motors, UPS, 400V MCCs, MV/LV Cables, DC Chargers and Field Instrumentation
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT):
11KV, 6.6KV and 400V switchgear, Transformers, LV motors, LV Cables.
Procurement:
PO placement, Equipment Delivery, Technical Terms & Conditions.
Documentation and Drawings:
BOQs, Cable schedules, Equipment Placement Layouts, schematics, Wiring Interconnections, SLDs, HSE SOPs.
Software:
Electrical Configuration software
