. Manage a team of Engineers for factory testing, Client inspection, Quality control and customer complain.
. Responsible for maintaining and presenting Testing, quality, Client Inspection and customer complains data.
. Responsible for reducing internal and external complains.
. Ensure Reliability and availability of all Testing Equipments through preventive maintenance,
. Managing & ensuring safety & conducting Walk through Safety Audits & daily tool box talk.
. Team building & training of staff.
. Healthy coordination with other departments & conflict resolution.

Technical Experience:

.Involve in testing of Low voltage MCC having Variable speed drive, soft starters, low voltage relays and other Schneider Electric product portfolio.
. Involve in testing of Medium voltage product portfolio having different types of Micom relays..
Involve in testing of Relay control Panel, Control Panel, Metering Panel, AC/DC Panel and Duplex Panel.
. Involve in root cause analysis of internal and external complains.
